Chromebook Repairs

If your Chromebook is in need of repair, complete the form below and bring the device to the Library/Media Specialist in MGRS Library.

A help ticket will be generated and you will be notified when the Chromebook has either been repaired or replaced. You will be able to check out a loaner Chromebook in the library on a daily basis.
