This site stores resources for MNCoE internal coaches to use PBC to support their coachee's use of the Classroom Engagement Model (CEM), Evidence-based Quality Intervention Practices (EQIP) and Pyramid Model (PM) Practices.

Coaching Practice Self Reflection

Coaching Practices Strengths and Needs Assessment

PBC Coach Strengths and Needs Assessment

As coaches, we encourage our coachees to reflect on their practice and set goals.  This Strengths and Needs Assessment tool allows coaches to consider their use of practice-based coaching items and set goals for themselves to improve their coaching practice.

This tool might be used as self-reflection, with one coach completing on their own, and determining next steps either on their own, with their external coach or with other coaches in their program.

A coach may also ask their external coach or coachees to help them complete this tool, based on their observations and experiences.
