Last Updated: 15 January 2025
At ME Times, we are committed to providing education consulting services with professionalism, integrity, and compliance with the QEAC Code of Conduct. Our adherence to these standards ensures that students and their families receive accurate, transparent, and ethical guidance throughout their educational journey.
1. Professional and Ethical Standards
We will act honestly, fairly, and in the best interests of our clients.
We will provide impartial advice tailored to each client’s educational and career goals.
We will not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical conduct.
2. Client Communication
Clients will receive clear, timely, and accurate information regarding educational pathways and visa requirements.
We will ensure clients understand the benefits, risks, and costs associated with their chosen courses and education providers.
Regular updates will be provided to clients throughout the consultation and application process.
3. Compliance with Regulatory Standards
We will comply with all QEAC Code of Conduct requirements and relevant legislation.
Our education services will align with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act and the National Code in Australia, as well as relevant education laws in New Zealand.

4. Transparency and Information Accuracy
We will provide accurate and up-to-date information about course offerings, costs, and visa eligibility.
We will disclose any affiliations or commissions received from education providers to ensure transparency.
We will not make any false claims or guarantees regarding course acceptance, visas, or employment outcomes.
5. Fees and Agreements
Clients will receive a written agreement outlining services, fees, and refund policies before any services commence.
All fees charged will be fair, reasonable, and clearly explained to the client.
Refund policies will comply with applicable regulations and be transparently outlined in the agreement.
6. Student Welfare and Support
We will prioritise the welfare of students by providing guidance on health cover, accommodation, and settlement support where applicable.
Clients will receive assistance in understanding their rights and responsibilities as international students.
We will inform students of grievance mechanisms and how to seek help if issues arise.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We will handle all client information with strict confidentiality and comply with relevant privacy laws.
Personal information will only be shared with authorised parties, such as education providers or immigration authorities, with the client’s consent.
