ME Times was born out of a desire to support students and migrants facing unique challenges during the COVID pandemic. Originally founded in Australia as Expedius Migration, the company began by assisting students affected by remote learning, visa complexities, and pathway challenges. Over time, it evolved into “Your Consult” as a partnership and now proudly operates as ME Times, an established migration and education consultancy.
Although the company began in Australia, ME Times is deeply connected to New Zealand, where its roots lie. By expanding its services to New Zealand, ME Times combines personal migration experiences with professional expertise to serve clients on both sides of the Tasman.
With over a decade of experience, founder Chandy Lorn started her migration career as an intern at FCG Legal Lawyers in Australia. Working alongside professors on Australia’s Refugee Review Tribunal and migration law experts at Victoria University, she developed a strong foundation of expertise. Now, as a proud Kiwi and Australian, Chandy leads ME Times with the same commitment to excellence, ensuring clients receive tailored, reliable support as they pursue migration opportunities in Australia or New Zealand.
At ME Times, we bring a unique blend of personal and professional migration experience to every client. Having lived, studied, and worked in both Australia and New Zealand, our team offers an authentic understanding of the migration journey. With cultural insight and a wide network of resources, we empower clients with dynamic, personalised support every step of the way.
Chandy is both a true Kiwi and Australian, embodying the rich cultural and professional experiences of both countries. With over a decade of experience in migration services, Chandy is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their migration dreams. Her expertise spans skilled migration, family reunification, and student pathways, ensuring every client receives tailored and transparent support. Chandy’s unique ability to blend her New Zealand roots with her Australian expertise makes her the ideal guide for your migration journey to either country.
Lina is both a true Cambodian and Australian, bringing a unique combination of cultural insight and professional experience to her role as Client Relations Director. With five years of experience in the migration industry and strong connections within the Cambodian community in Melbourne, Lina understands the importance of creating a culturally aware and inclusive experience for clients. Her background in the beauty industry has sharpened her client-focused skills, enabling her to provide a welcoming and supportive approach. Lina’s bicultural perspective and approachable communication style ensure clients feel confident and valued throughout their journey.
To provide you with a dynamic and tailored consultation experience, we work closely with in-house business consultants. Their expertise allows us to offer unique solutions for clients exploring professional, business, or education pathways in Australia and New Zealand.
Together, Chandy, Lina, and our in-house business consultants are dedicated to making your migration journey as smooth and successful as possible. At ME Times, you’re not just a client—you’re part of a supportive network with the expertise to guide you toward achieving your dreams in Australia or New Zealand.
