Welcome to the Learning at Home Technology Help Center. Use the menu on the left side to find many different resources from videos, to slideshows, to docs and pdf files. Tutorials and other helpful information on most of the software and apps Methuen Public Schools is currently using will be added to this site. It is updated on a regular basis.

Access to Technology

All MPS students in grades K-8 are provided with Chromebooks. Students in PK and grades 9-12 are provided with iPads.

All students PK-12 will have a Methuen gmail account (students in grades PK-8 will not have the ability to email to or receive email from outside our domain). Communications will be through Gmail and Google Classroom.

Google Classroom will be the Learning Management System (LMS) for storing, organizing, and accessing content for all grade levels and teachers (Clever remains the district’s single sign on solution) for the entire school year.

Google Meet will be used for all synchronous meetings/lessons conducted by K-8 teachers.

MHS teachers will live stream their synchronous lessons in Google Meet for students on a full remote schedule and those implementing the hybrid schedule. Students will be scheduled into courses as normal and then be divided in cohorts A, B and C (Remote Academy).
