Early Careers: Corporate Apprenticeship Program - Ft. Washington, PA

Are you interested in establishing a long-term career that offers growth while earning your associate degree, plus FREE tuition, and a competitive salary and benefits? Aon’s Apprenticeship Program offers exactly that!

 How this opportunity is different

The Aon Apprenticeship Program was designed to create a new pathway for individuals interested in gaining valuable on-the-job experience and training to establishing a long-term career at Aon, while pursuing their associate degree. It is a two-year program that balances on-the-job learning at Aon with in-school classroom learning at an accredited partner college.

This is an in-person, office-based role, requiring the ability to work from the Ft. Washington office and attend classes at Montgomery County Community College (MCCC). Aon covers the cost of your tuition at MCCC and pays you a salary of $44,000 per year ($21.15 per hour). Your classes will be pre-selected by Aon as you work towards your associate degree. This program begins at Aon on August 1st, 2024.

The Apprenticeship Program is a full-time job. Apprentices dedicate a combined 40 hours per week working at Aon and attending classes to complete their AA Liberal Studies Associate Degree at Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) – all of which is financially covered, meaning we will pay you for your time at Aon as well as your time spent in the classroom! Homework and study time will take place outside of your 40-hour work week.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We strive to recruit a diverse group of hardworking individuals who offer varying experiences, backgrounds, and strengths to ensure we can continue to offer the most innovative solutions.

We’re looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders.
