Week of May 7th

Arrowhead Forward Update: May 7th


Steel beams were put up this week as we can start to see the foundation of the building outline. The video shows a crane and steel beam being installed by the construction workers.



The construction team is continuing with the structural steel beams. Gas line relocation has been completed. Footers installation will continue. Foundation block is also continuing to progress this week. Underground utilities installation has started.

Week of May 14th

Arrowhead Forward Update: May 14th


Construction material deliveries are arriving and the construction team continues to construct steal beams as the base for the new school and classrooms continues. In addition, you will see concrete masonry block is going up around the gymnasium and stage area.


The footers for the entire building should be completed by the end of the week. The remaining foundation block is scheduled to be completed by next week. Lastly, the main electrical service and conduits are scheduled to be installed into the ground. The electric will run from the building to the new pole established by PECO.




Week of May 21st

Arrowhead Forward Update: May 21st


The electrical service to the building will be completed by the end of this week. The construction team has finished up with the concrete footers. The foundation masonry block will be completed at the end of the week. The walls will continue to be built. The steel beams are making great progress. We are at about 40% done with the "A" building in terms of the steal beam installation. The plumbing underground is scheduled to start next week.




Week of May 28th

Arrowhead Forward Update: May 28th


The steel beams continue to be placed and formed as the skeletal design of the new building and classrooms. The plumber has started the underground plumbing work. As you can see from the photo, the masonry work will continue and progress. Lastly, concrete footers are done in conjunction with the exterior walls of the new building. Looking great so far!
