Week of April 5, 2021

Concrete footers are going well. The construction team is working on finalizing utility relocation to finalize the footers. The building pad is complete and everything is to grade. In the photos below, rebar is being molded and will be installed in the ground as a means to help support the new building structure.

Week of April 12, 2021


Construction update: The construction team is still working on the concrete footers. The site manager shared that they are making good progress. The construction team is working on the relocation of the gas line. The current gas line is in line with site pad location and must be relocated to provide access to the new Arrowhead building. Lastly, masons are on site. They are mixing grout and are in the process of placing the foundation block around the footers.


Week of April 19, 2021


Construction update: Footers are just about completed. The foundation block is still in progress. The exterior foundation walls can be seen forming at the base of the foundation where the footers are located. Starting next week, work will begin on getting the utilities set up for the new building. The gas line will be relocated and the construction team is working on getting the electric serviced to the new building.



Week of April 26, 2021

Construction update: This week the construction team began digging a trench to relocate the gas line. Gas line relocation has been completed. The construction team continues working on the footers. They should be completed next week. Looking at the footers and the cinderblock, these will serve as the skeletal foundation of the exterior walls. Lastly, electrical service is set to begin this week.
