Oregon Educators Are Leading the Way in Math Innovation - See How >>
The Oregon Department of Education funded six innovative projects to create 2+1 course blueprints aligned with Oregon’s new math standards. Each was led by a STEM Hub and charged with developing a blueprint—some completed and shared, others still being refined through pilot and feedback cycles.
Quick facts:
Facilitated by 6 of 13 Oregon’s STEM Hubs
Courses designed/piloted during SY 2022–23
Blueprints are now publicly available as Open Educational Resources (OER)

+1 Data Science Course - Jo Boaler andBootstrap:Data Science, Course Kata
A group of teachers attended a virtual Bootstrap Data Science workshop. A few teachers attended Jo Boaler's YouCubed Data Science workshop and piloted the course in Geometry and as well as a stand-alone course. Teachers developed a +1 Data Reasoning bluepriny using concepts out of both curricula and also Course Kata.
