Digital Timesheet
In an effort to make reporting your time easier, and require less paper, we are offering a Google Form format. This is a new method available to you, if you choose not to use this method, you still must report your time in the manner your case manager has described on your plan.
You are not required to use this method, but we hope you consider trying it.
***Before you fill out the form***
Make sure that you have taken pictures, or scanned all of your verifications. (job search logs, paystubs, etc.) There will be a place to upload this when you are filling out the form.
Please fill the form out between the 1st and 4th of each month, and only fill it out once per month for the previous month’s activities. For example, when reporting your hours for March, you will fill out the form between April 1st and no later than April 4th.
