Student Health Screenings

As per N.J.A.C. 6A:16-1.3, specific health screenings are required in each grade. Below is a chart of the state required screenings in each grade. Due to the number of students at MEMS, screenings are held throughout the year. If you have any questions about the health screening process, please contact the Health Office.
