This handout was used to report BodPod results to the student officers. I also provided some basic education on macronutrients and performance plates.

Merrimack Sports Nutrition Website

Along with my classmates, we created a GoogleSites page for Merrimack athletes with all things sports nutrition. This site includes several educational modules, handouts, social media links, and other resources. The idea behind this site was to provide a sports nutrition focused resource to Merrimack athletes who did not have direct access to a sports dietitian. Below are examples of resources I contributed to the site.
