Our Home's Direct Services and Referral Program provides information, resources and advice to overcome financial shortfalls and budget constraints. Service include utility shutoff assistance, eviction (rental) assistance, prescription expenses, medical expenses, personal care items, baby diapers and wipes and referral to assistance programs.
Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-4:00 PM.

West Ohio Community Action Partnership (WOCAP) provides emergency supports for low income families. Programs include Early Head Start, E-HEAP, Head Start, PIPP Plus (assistance for heating bills) and Home Ownership Program. Eligible families must meet income guidelines. To schedule an appointment call the appointment line 24 hours a day/7 days a week at 419-516-0063.
