The call center is available Monday-Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM

Foundations Behavioral Health provides transportation for clients through K & P Medical Transport. Clients will be provided a card with pick up and drop off times. The provider will call the client to comfrim who will be picking them up. For more information please contact your case manager or therapist.

Transportation services through MCCoA provide rides to appointments in the county. Persons must be over age 60 or under 60 with a disability (medical only). Van service is available Monday through Friday 8:30AM-2:30PM. Priority destinations include medical and dental services, grocery shopping, other necessary shopping, banking, social service agencies, legal services and trips to and from the Senior Citizen Center for noon meal and other activities.
