New Routine Implemented 

One of the key ways I support student achievement is through a structured weekly rotation schedule that ensures students have access to fundamental skills aligned with grade-level standards. This system allows me to:

• Target Essential Skills: The rotations include small group instruction at the teacher table, independent practice, technology-based learning, and collaborative tasks. Each activity is designed to reinforce core concepts in reading, writing, and mathematics while addressing individual student needs.

• Promote Student Success: By using differentiated activities such as Prodigy, Reflex, writing menus, and math task cards, students have multiple pathways to access and practice essential skills. This structure fosters independence, accountability, and engagement.

• Maximize Instructional Time: The rotation schedule optimizes learning time by ensuring students are actively engaged in meaningful tasks throughout the day. It also provides opportunities for me to work closely with small groups, offering targeted support and enrichment as needed.

This approach has been instrumental in helping students build confidence, master fundamental skills, and achieve success with grade-level standards. I am proud of the progress my students have made through this system and remain committed to refining and enhancing these practices to meet their evolving needs.
