After a year of job embedded support, I was able to achieve my goal that I set from the beginning of the year.
Areas of Strength would be Building Relationships while Creating and Maintaining Effective Environments for Student Learning. We cannot get students excited to learn if we are not excited to teach and lead for them each new day.
Opportunities for Continuous Improvement would be Planning Instruction and Designing Learning Experiences for All Students. This is an opportunity for continuous growth because as teachers we are always changing and learning how to be flexible as standards/framework and teaching strategies change, we must be ready to change as well.
I have changed because I have learned the importance of advocating for myself as well as the students in my classroom.
I am most proud of learning how to teach two completely different grade levels and subjects within my first two years of teaching in addition to the relationships with collegues I have made along the way.
