Seniors

Your senior year is packed with lots of opportunities to explore your post-secondary plans. You will be given the opportunity to speak with several colleges and technical schools MCHS Senior JumpStart Event before school starts and when they come visit our campus. Seniors will also take a field trip to a College Fair where over 50 post-secondary opportunities will be represented. Don’t forget to visit college campuses – this is one of the most important steps in making the right decision. It is important to take your search seriously and find out all the information you can about the college of your choice. Each college has its own deadlines for admission and scholarships. College Visit

When making a decision about attending college, one of the best things to do is to get on campus and experience it for yourself. It is encouraged to make a college visit to the school(s) you are interested in to see if it is right for you. If you are interested in making a college visit, see your guidance counselor, and she can help you schedule it while possibly getting you a college day absence. Most if not all colleges offer campus tours, as well as opportunities to meet with the professors of your desired programs. If you have already set up a college visit on your own, you can fill out the MCHS College Visitation Form below and turn it in to the office after your visit.
