Due to covid restrictions, we organized two teacher meetings (out of four) only online. However, we have implemented the following activities and achieved the following results. We:
a) fixed rules for the project documentation, sharing data, and project budgeting,
b) adjusted the schedule of the project activities to manage everything in time and total quality,
c) made supervision of project achievements and outputs,
d) created tasks for virtual collaboration on the topic of Database Design Principles,
e) created tasks for collaboration on the topic of the Internet of Things,
f) created tasks for collaboration on the topic of Collecting Natural and Geological Data,
g) created tasks for collaboration on the topic of Collecting Data on Cultural Monuments,
h) evaluated the fulfillment of current project tasks,
i) made an overall risk analysis and mitigation plan solving the threads and weak points.
There were 4 teacher meetings:
