Complete the Online Form
Fill out the registration form with the required information. Use your home address and a personal email. Create a PIN you will remember.
Access Online Resources:
Once your registration is complete, you can begin using the BPL's online resources.
Important Notes:
If you already have a physical BPL library card, you already have access to all of the online resources, and do not need to apply for an eCard.
If you would like to be able to check out physical materials, you will have to visit a BPL location in person, and upgrade to a physical library card.
