About the Teacher!

Hi! My name is Emma Ceurvels and I LOVE teaching music at Burke-Memorial! A midwestern girl at heart, I moved from Madison, Wi to Boston to study voice and songwriting at Berklee College of Music. I graduated from Berklee with a Bachelors Degree in K-12 Music Education. I've been teaching music in both public and private school settings for 16 years now! Sharing my love for music with children and helping my students identify their own gifts is my true passion. I live right here in Medway with my husband, Pat, and my four sons. In my spare time, I love to write music, bake, and watch my boys play hockey and soccer! I also am the accompanist and music director for a church in Mansfield, Ma.
