All your transactions are secure when you place an order online at “Connect Medsolu Locally”. THIRD PARTY INFORMATION:
The content on the App which includes all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, design documents, and artwork is Our content (hereinafter referred to as ‘Content’). The App may contain links to/ content of third party websites that are not associated with us. We have no control over any third party user generated content as we are merely an intermediary for the purposes of those content. In the event, if any of the Third Party Content infringes any Intellectual Property of any person, the Third Party shall be solely responsible for any loss caused and we shall not be liable. PAYMENT SECURITY:
We link you with a third party payment interface providers Stripe and Razorpay depending on your geographical locations. While using the Payment Options, User agrees to provide correct, complete and accurate financial information such as credit/debit card details, prepaid payment instrument account details or UPI ids which may be stored by our third party payment gateway provider Stripe or Razorpay. Stripe/Razorpay has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. This audit includes both Razorpay/Stripe’s Card Data Vault (CDV) and the secure software development of their integration code. Users are requested to thoroughly read the Security policy of Stripe/Razorpay if necessary.
The User shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information. Medsolu App disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of the User’s financial information and/or identity, including, details relating the Payment Options.
REGULAR SECURITY UPDATES:
We regularly update our app to address known security vulnerabilities and to ensure that you have the latest security features. We consistently monitor for emerging threats and promptly take action to protect your data. We recommend that the mobile application should be regularly updated with the latest security patches.

We recommend keeping your device and app up to date, using unique passwords, and exercising caution when sharing your health information.

You agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security or for any action of any third parties that receive your Personal Information or events that are beyond our reasonable control.
