Connect Medsolu Locally is an online system for quick health care delivery right at doorstep. It entails local people for the purpose which gives best online services from highest rated health care service providers, with or without prescription. 

Proposed Business Model   :

The proposed business model uses combination of the two existing business models and creates a hybrid structure to incorporate in delivery applications.

Model 1 :  It takes random people from locality to deliver the healthcare items to the doorsteps instead of company appointed persons.

Model 2 :  listing of businessed to make the delivery process seamless.

 The model 1 is similar to Ola/uber whereas model 2 is the model for Justdial.   Howover, none of the model is used in delivery applications.  We create our new model as combination of the two and use it healthcare delivery applications.

Larger Take-way of the Innovation :  The new model can challenge the all E-commerce companies which requires delivery of items.

New version incorporates the following features :

(1) Rental System in Healthcare delivery.

(2)  Blood Donation Platform and Connecting space of Blood bank.

(3)  Evolving space of Corpus of pharmaceutical and other health products leading to a new business direction and revenue possibility.

(4) Payment integration which include recent payment techs such as multi-user to multi-user payments.

(5) Creating space of AI based tools.

(6) Privacy protected integration of prescription medicine.

(7) Novel Database design that can make faster integration in randomly selecting people and allotting respective work in two categories of user spaces.

The model can disrupt the whole E-commerce space which includes delivery.   A positive side of the application is it can easily reach to the all rural regions of the country at ease.  

The calculated valuation of the application at its peak under certain assumptions :     "A few Billions per feature".
