Practice it!


Hitting the ball ten times off the tee, 

Taking 10 ground balls in the standard 3 column

Throwing drills with a partner  


Students will practice hitting off the tee in order to have the correct form of hitting, ground ball will be hit to students and will be taught the proper way to get in front of the ball to be able to catch it and field the ball and throw it. 


Cardio Based Interval Game:

Teach the proper techniques for running/stretching/ hitting fielding, where players need to be on the field at all times during certain situations

Students will play a game of softball and will put all of the skills together in order to achieve specific goals individually
