Career and technical student organization (CTSO) activities will develop leadership, interpersonal, and career skills while building teamwork and collaboration skills. HOSA members register for up to 5 events per year.  Fall Leadership Conference (FLC), Regional Leadership Conference (RLC), State Leadership Conference (SLC), International Leadership Conference (ILC) and the Washington Leadership Academy
