The Northgate High School Care Team is made up of a group of Northgate staff members who are dedicated to improving the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of students at Northgate. The mission of the Parent Education Program is to meet the needs of parents and those who fill that role by providing essential knowledge, skills, and resources to maximize effectiveness as participating responsible family members, productive workers, and functional lifelong learners. 

All Parent Education classes are free for families living in MDUSD boundaries.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) has as its mission to support, educate, advocate, promote research, network, explore alternative perspectives and overcome the stigma surrounding mental illness.

It is the mission of the Contra Costa County Victim Assistance Program to empower victims and witnesses of crime through advocacy and support. They work to give victims a voice in the criminal justice system, protect their rights, and treat each individual with dignity and respect.
