Taken from the Guidebook on Designing, Delivering and Evaluating Services for English Learners (ELs), 2017.
In 2017-18, Olathe schools participated in intensive CLD co-teaching training through Cherry Creek School District facilitators. They began a co-teaching movement that was fully implemented, districtwide, by 2019-20. Program evaluation is ongoing as we build capacity in all buildings. In addition to ongoing analysis of EL assessment performance, the ELPA Coordinator collects observational data that supports quality program implementation. Below are data collection forms that are used to lead conversations and collaboration around program improvement.
