AOIT Course Pathways 

Notes on scheduling:

• All courses are required unless there is quantitative evidence that the skills contained in a specific course are mastered. For instance, students can skip AP CSP if they take the AP CSP exam and pass with proficiency.

• Students are strongly encouraged to take the elective course: IT Essentials. It qualifies as the hardware course required for some University selective programs - especially UMD.
