What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment without judgment.

  • This means we are focused on what is happening now rather than thinking about what has happened in the past or what will happen in the future.

  • This also means that we are not judging or being critical of ourselves or others as we experience the moment

  • When we are mindful we can focus on what is happening within ourselves or what is happening in the world around us.
