Fashion Illustration is a course where students use many kinds of mediums to develop their personal style and aesthetic and share their narrative through fashion. Fashion students will use collage, drawing (pencil, pen, marker, oil pastel, chalk pastel, paint pen), painting, linocut printmaking, textile design, 3D modeling clay, paper, fabric, watercolor, digital design, and more! Students learn about New York Fashion Week, fashion and activism, the history of fashion, and new technical artistic skills. No prior art or fashion experience is required, all experience levels welcome! Taught by Ms. McDougall.
