Hello Glen Haven ES! 

I'm so excited to join Eagle Nation as a part-time counselor working in collaboration with Miss Levin. This is my 9th year as a school counselor in MCPS.  Before that I was a special education teacher in New York City.  

I grew up MCPS and graduated from Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda.  I still live near where I grew up with my husband Brendon and our three boys ages 8, 6 and almost 2. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Psychology. I also have a masters in Special Education from Mercy College in NY, and received my masters in School Counseling from George Washington University. 

My job as a school counselor entails ensuring students succeed at school academically, socially, and emotionally.  I am looking forward to getting to know the staff, students and families of the Glen Haven community!
