Dear GHES Community, 

It is so nice to meet you! My name is Shaina Kingman and I am thrilled for the opportunity to collaborate with the GHES students, families, staff, and the wider community in the upcoming school year. I want to assure you that I am dedicated to providing my utmost support to help every child thrive. My foremost objective is to assist your child in nurturing their social and emotional learning (SEL) abilities. SEL is the process through which both children and adults acquire and adeptly apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary for comprehending and managing emotions, setting and achieving positive goals, fostering empathy for others, establishing and maintaining positive relationships, and making responsible decisions. In addition to this, I will be concentrating on fostering age and grade-appropriate knowledge and skills in the domains of academics, personal growth, and college and career readiness for each child.
