Dual Credit Refusal Form

ALL students need to complete a Dual Credit Refusal Form.

MCPS has an approved list of courses at MC that can be applied as credit toward the high school diploma.

Every student must complete this form.

If you are accepting the MCPS credits, complete the form as shown on the left.

If you are declining the MCPS credits, complete the form as shown on the right.
