Welcome to the Argyle Physical Education and Health Department! This year, your student will be enrolled in three marking periods of Physical Education, and one marking period of Health Education. Our PE classes will focus on the five components of fitness: Aerobic Capacity, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Body Composition. Students will gain the knowledge and skills they need to take accountability for their physical health and assess their fitness levels quarterly. In Health Education, your students will focus on a wide range of health-related topics, depending on their grade level.
