We’re excited to kick off another year of the B-CC Internship Program and wanted to let you know about our Internship Interview Fair on Tuesday, September 10, from 2:00–4:00 PM in the B-CC High School Cafeteria. Please plan to arrive between 1:15 and 1:30 PM to get settled.

You’ll be matched with 3 students for interviews.
Each interview block will include 20 minutes with each student and 10 minutes for notes between sessions.
Interviewee information will be provided when you arrive.
Even if you already have an intern for the year, we hope you'll still join us—your participation will valuable professional interview experience for students who already have internship placements. If you are interested in providing mock interviews, sign up here!
Internship Fair Agenda - Sep 10, 2025
1:15 - 1:45 - Employer arrival & setup (check in at main office, receive nametag, escorted to fair location, set up table)
2:00 - 2:30 - Interview #1
2:30 - 3:00 - Interview #2
3:00 - 3:30 - Interview #3
3:30 - 4:00 - Open networking
During each interview slot, there will be 20 minutes to interview the student and 10 minutes to record notes. If you are looking for multiple interns, you can bring multiple interviewers.
The candidates will be matched based on the job descriptions provided and the student interests. There will be additional time for students to meet with employers and form additional connections. After the fair, both employers and students will complete a brief ranking form. Employers will rank the students they interviewed, and students will rank the employers. Using this feedback, the internship coordinator will propose matches to ensure the best fit for both sides.
