Hi Barons! My name is Ms. Clement and I’m so excited to be starting my third year as a Career Coach and my first year at BCC! For the past two years, I’ve served as a Career Coach at Poolesville High School, and before that, I was a third-grade teacher for three years in Fairfax, Virginia. I’m a proud Montgomery County native and Northwest High School graduate. 

My Role:

As part of the Blueprint for Maryland's Future, Pillar 3, my role is to ensure students in grades 6-12 have access to meaningful career advising and exploration opportunities. My mission is to help MCPS students feel confident, informed, and prepared to make career-related decisions throughout their lives.

As your Career Coach, I will:

• Help students discover and understand their strengths, interests, values, and RIASEC themes to build a clearer vision for their future

• Complement existing school resources by connecting students with timely resources, programs, and career and college pathways available through MCPS

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of meaningful college and career exploration experiences
