Resumes and Interviews
As part of the Capstone Experience, all 8th grade students will have the opportunity to create a tech-oriented resume and participate in a short, in-person interview.
As part of the Capstone Experience, all 8th grade students will have the opportunity to create a tech-oriented resume and participate in a short, in-person interview.
Resumes will be drafted and edited in students' Tech Classes. Resumes will be used by Student Team Leaders to pick the people that will join their Capstone companies.
Capstone Interviews are an integral part of the Capstone Experience. Not only do interviews allow students to interact with local professionals, the students with the top Interview scores will be selected as Capstone Team Leaders.
Dressed in business casual at minimum, students are interviewed by community members about their qualifications and previous experiences.
