In this event, we encouraged others to write out their problems and negative thoughts on biodegradable pieces of paper. To represent 'letting go' of negative self-talk and the heavy weight of burdens, we released the papers in the ocean. We also emphasized the idea that our problems, when looking at the big picture, are much smaller than they seem, similar to how a piece of paper is so small compared to the vast ocean. Read more...
