Chair Yoga

For people who are still working and for those at home, chair yoga is a gentle way to ‘try out some yoga’. Yoga has demonstrated many benefits including decreasing high blood pressure as well as decreasing anxiety. Give it a try!

Chair Yoga for Beginners and Seniors will give you a sense of accomplishment ( I did it!) , increased flexibility and a sense of peace and ease. For those of you looking for more advanced yoga (without the chair), just google yoga classes and you will find many to choose from.
