Pat Crean is the Manager of the Graduate Medical Education Department at McLaren Oakland. Pat provides administrative oversight of the Graduate Medical Education Department. Pat is TAGME Certified and additionally serves as Immediate Past President for Michigan Association for Medical Education (MAME).

Jeremy Kramer, D.O. is board certified in Anesthesiologiest. Dr. Kramer is a 2005 graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital (now known as McLaren Oakland) in 2009.
Dr. Kramer is currently the McLaren Oakland Residency Program Director of Anesthesiology. Dr Kramer is responsible for overseeing all of the resident's progress throughout their training. This includes monitoring surgical scope and volume, educational activities, and core competencies.
Sheela John oversees the Anesthesiology Residency Program at McLaren Oakland and serves as the Medical Librarian. As a training program administrator, Sheela provides support and meets regularly with the Program Director concerning ACGME requirements, resident and program issues, and the status of projects. Sheela also responds to nursing staffs,students, interns, residents, and faculty's requests for article requests and literature searches.
