If something is wrong with your MISD-issued laptop, please put in a Student Help Ticket. Our campus tech will prioritize and address tickets as quickly as possible.
If you are unable to put in a Student Help Ticket on your own, during school hours, you can ask a teacher to put a ticket in for you. Your parent or guardian can also put a Help Ticket in through their Parent SSO portal.
We have over 1,100 students and devices on our campus. Please be patient after you have put in a Help Ticket. It may take a day or two for your issue to be addressed. You can always check the status of your Help Ticket by going back to Student Help Tickets.
