Pre-Appointment Checklist

Let’s make sure you’re ready for our crew’s arrival.

• Kennel animals or just let us know where they’ll be during your clean.

• Tidy up toys, baby bottles, laundry, toiletries, dishes and counters so that we can clean effectively without moving personal items. We recommend putting up toothbrushes, makeup brushes & electric shavers that might be affected by over-spray of product.

• Load dishes into dishwasher, or remove from sink. Dishes are not included in our residential cleaning for liability reasons.

Note:
Our crew will shake out rugs in bathrooms or kitchen, but we do not move area rugs or furniture.
We will move chairs around a dining table for vacuuming and mopping.
The inside of appliances is not typically included in a general cleaning, but can be added on for an additional fee.
Our crews do not climb above the reach of a two-step ladder for liability reasons, but we do carry extension handles for dusting ceiling fans & blinds.

In the event you must cancel your cleaning appointment, we ask that you do so within 24 hours prior to our arrival. Additionally, if anyone in the home is sick or running a fever, please let us know, that way we can reschedule your appointment. We will do the same, for the safety of all parties.
