As soon as our next available appointment. Alternately, you can also schedule up to 2 months in advance for a future cleaning appointment. Since we're still a small business, we work hard to maintain a firm schedule with little to no changes. In the event we must reschedule, you will be notified 24 hours prior to your cleaning appointment.
The products we use vary from room to room, and we test all our products for surface durability & damage-free usage. We do not specialize in "natural cleaning products", but we do make an effort to use products that are low-odor, no-ammonia, and non-industrial. We believe we can achieve a highly effective clean without the overuse of caustic chemicals.
We provide cleaning products, towels, sponges, stepladders and other tools to get your cleaning job done.
We may need to use your vacuum if there are allergies present among the residents of your home. Also, please provide a toilet brush for each bathroom.
We leave this completely up to you. If you prefer to be home, we respect that. If you prefer to be away, please allow one of our cleaners access to your space, and we will ensure we lock up your home upon our departure.
Not necessarily. We love pets, and as long as they are comfortable with visitors like us, then we are comfortable with them. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding your pet, like if they need to stay in one room, or you tell us "don't let our dog Bailey out of the kitchen". We will accommodate your furry family member the best way we can.
A typical cleaning appointment can range from 1 to 3 hours for a small home, and 3–5 hours for a larger home. Let us know your square footage and any add-ons you require, and we can give you a good idea of how long it will take us to complete the job.
