Please inquire for this service and Airbnb turnover services on our Contact Us page.
We strive to provide a satisfactory service to our customer's specific wants and needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please call within 24 hours to allow us to return and make it right.
Quality Personnel: Our team is vetted, background checked and insured. We are a family business so at this moment it's just us, but we are currently hiring experienced contract cleaners. Ask if interested!
Working Hours: Normal operating hours can be found on our home page. For our returning customers, we recommend the same time & weekday for your recurring service. This creates consistency and convenience for us and for you as well.
Alarm Systems & Keys: It is not necessary to be at home while we are cleaning. If you have an alarm, door code or garage key code, make sure to provide that information prior to our arrival. This may include having access to keys or garage to access the home.
Rescheduling: There are times when the customer may need to reschedule, and we want to make that process as worry-free as possible. Let us know within 24-hours of your appointment, and we will work hard to find a time to revisit your space. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your cleaning because of a conflict on our end, we will also provide 24-hours notice.
In Case of Illness: We always wear the proper PPE while in your space, but we will not enter your space if we are sick, experiencing fever or a communicable illness. If you or your family is experiencing illness, please inform us promptly so that we may reschedule your cleaning appointment.
Products/Equipment: We disclose all products that are used during cleaning and will accommodate customer’s needs when it comes to allergies or specific products they prefer. If a customer prefers a natural cleaning product, the customer may provide that product to our staff. All products used are tested for specific surfaces to minimize damage and/or discoloration. We use a stepladder and extension poles to dust hard to reach surfaces.
On a typical cleaning visit, we use a bagless vacuum to reduce cross-contamination and dust. We can also use your personal vacuum if you are prone to allergies or immunocompromised residents live in the home.
Payments: Payments may be made at the conclusion of the cleaning service to MCK Cleaning Crew. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, check or cash. Please make your payment within 24 hours following your cleaning appointment to avoid additional fees. We will provide an electronic invoice and finished cleaning checklist to conclude the service and to ensure your complete satisfaction.
