Meet Format
Meet Format: There will be seven races or flights for the varsity boys and seven races for the varsity girls. Each team may enter one runner in each race. The seventh flight is for the team's #7 runner. The first or “championship” flight is for the team’s top runner. The places from all seven runners are totaled for the team score. A perfect score would be equal to 7 pts. The tiebreaker is the place of the runner in the Championship Flight. There will also be a F/S Race (Limit 7) and an Open Race (unlimited entries).
