Epsilon Beta State Officer Duties

**These duties can change depending on how the club decides to structure things. In the past, the vice-president serves two terms, one as vice and the next as president. Therefore, a Senior could not run for president. 

President:

• Help other officers

• Start conference planning

• Lead conference

Vice President:

• Learn from the president

• Help with planning conference 

• Make the newsletters (one in spring, one in fall)

Secretary:

• Take the minutes of the meeting

• Read minutes from the last meeting

• Help plan conference

Communications Director:

• Take pictures at events and document those

• Duties as determined at the 2022 State Conference

• Help plan conference

Members interested in becoming an officer at the 2024 conference should fill out an application.
