Help Students Get Ready for the Real World

We’re hosting a Mock Interview Day at Cascade High School — and we’d love for you to be part of it!

Invest just a few hours. Make an impact that could last a lifetime.

We invite business and community professionals to spend part of their day helping Cascade High School students prepare for their future. No special training is required. Simply bring your professional experience, a willingness to encourage students, and a desire to give back to the next generation.

What to Expect

• Time Commitment: 3 time slots available: all day, morning, and early afternoon.

  • • 7:45am - 2:30pm - All Day - Lunch Included

    • 7:45am - 10:25am - Morning Session 

    • 10:45am - 2:30pm - Early Afternoon -Lunch Included

• Interview Format: Conduct several 15-minute mock interviews with students using a provided interview questions.

• Feedback: Offer students constructive feedback on their communication, professionalism, confidence, and interview skills using a simple evaluation form.

• Support: We'll provide everything you need, including interview materials, schedules, and staff assistance throughout the day.

For many students, this will be their very first professional interview. Your encouragement and honest feedback can boost their confidence, refine their skills, and help them take the next step toward college, a career, military service, or a skilled trade.
