AD attends planning meetings with other County and Indiana Athletic Administrators.
Train coaches/trainers/student athletes regarding practice/game protocols (documentation, social distancing, equipment usage, practice groupings, etc.)
Work with the Hendricks County Health Department to develop appropriate and safe menu items for concessions.
Develop event protocols for various sports and facilities based on guidance from CDC/NFHS/IHSAA/Governor's Office.

Share event protocols with event staff/spectators for each sport/facility from guidance/recommendations of CDC/NFHS/IHSAA/County/Governor's Office.
Complete walk-throughs during practices to ensure procedures are being followed. Re-teach coaches/athletes protocols as needed.
Continuously promote CDC/NFHS/IHSAA/Governor's Office guidance throughout sports' seasons.
