Welcome to the Family Resources page! This page is designed to provide families with quick and easy access to important school information, forms, policies, and helpful resources throughout the school year.

If you need assistance finding something, please contact the main office and we will be happy to help.

Regular attendance is extremely important for student success. Families are encouraged to notify the main office whenever a student will be absent.

Attendance Reminders

• You are expected to notify the school by 7:15AM to report student absences. 

• The front office number is: (937) 887-0245.

• Doctor’s notes must be provided for illness-related absences.

• Excessive absences may result in truancy intervention procedures.

• Additional attendance information will be shared at the beginning of the school year.

• School breakfast and lunch are provided for students.

• If your student likes particular things to eat or has specific dietary needs, we recommend that their lunch is packed so those accomodations can be made. 

• Snacks for throughout the school day will need to be provided by parents.

If you are the parent/guardian of a student with exceptionalities and you believe they may benefit from a highly-structured program such as ours, feel free to reach out to our Principal to ask any and all questions you may have. Enrollment is not guaranteed based on a variety of factors such as program availabiliy and appropriateness of placement.
