Introduction to Robotics
Introduction to Robotics is a class which combines the Computer Science with Engineering.This is an introductory course where students have the opportunity to design, build, and program robots using the VEX EDR system. It is also a project based exploration class with limited homework and exams.
Advanced Robotics
Students will start off learning about engineering and engineering problem solving. They will be given introductions to VEX EDR and Autodesk® Inventor®.Students will be presented with an engineering challenge; they will need to build a robot to play a sport-like game. Students design their robot while using relevant STEM and Robotics principles. At the end of the course, students compete head-to-head with their robots.
