Weather Policy

--Our top priority is keeping your children safe! For this reason, we will not set up outdoors when there is greater than 20% chance of rain or winds higher than 15 mph. These conditions can create an unsafe environment for your children. 

--In the event that serve weather conditions occur, such as tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We reserve the right to cancel your event. No exceptions will be made for the above weather conditions. 

--It will be the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide a suitable indoor back up plan for all outdoor bookings. In the event that items do not fit indoors no refund will be issued. 

--Should your event be canceled by us, you shall receive a credit for the amounts paid to be put towards a rescheduled date for your event (rescheduled dates must be within 12 months of the original booking).  Refunds will not apply for the following: (1) if the event has already started and equipment has been set up. (2) the Customer chooses to cancel the event due to weather within 2 week of the events scheduled date. (3) The event has been previously postponed.
